Shipping policy

Allow 3 - 5 Business Days for order processing time.
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to U.S. territories is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs: Average shipping costs range from $11–$14, but this is not guaranteed and may vary depending on location and order details.

Customs and Duties: PUFFER REDS does not calculate, invoice, or collect taxes, duties, import fees, or related charges ("Duties") at checkout. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Responsibility for Duties: Customers are responsible for paying any applicable Duties, taxes, or fees. PUFFER REDS will not reimburse or cover any costs (including return shipping) resulting from refusal or failure to pay these charges.

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, PUFFER REDS will not cover re-shipment costs. Once the package is returned, we will contact you to arrange for payment of additional shipping charges.
Refund Option: If you choose not to pay for re-shipment, we will issue a refund for the initial purchase, excluding the original shipping costs.
Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is not received for any reason other than a carrier error or incorrect address, please contact us. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
